Walked down the street to go to Mass at the Newman Center on a very rainy day. As I approached the building I saw a lot of water around it, and no clear path to it. Already pretty wet, I figured I'd just try to walk through the puddle quickly and find some high ground, but it just got deeper and deeper. Eventually I made it into the building, but had waded through almost knee deep water at some point to get there, just like everyone else in attendance.
